Gridbox ProRefunds
Every design tool in Gridbox Pro is free to use before you pay, so you can see your shadowbox in 3D and check the fit with the free paper template first. Because of that, purchases are final.
When we refund
- You were charged twice, or bought a second license by mistake.
- Your license won't activate, or exporting doesn't work on your computer, and we can't fix it within 14 days of your email.
- A charge you didn't make.
How to ask
Email gridboxprostudio@gmail.com with the order number from your receipt. Refunds go back to the way you paid, through Lemon Squeezy.
When a purchase is refunded, its license key is turned off and exporting locks again. Designing stays free.
This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
